Greetings,
I am Faris, born March 1, 1993. I am a proud Sibu, the Swan City minus the swan, citizen which is in Sarawak, the Land of Hornbill, again I’ve never seen a wild one flying in the sky. I’ve lived about 16 years of my life in Sibu, 2 years in Bintulu, and another 2 years in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. I’ve never gone out of my country until I left for the States for the sake of a degree. I lived in Iowa City, Iowa, USA, for 3 years. And now, I am residing in Penang.
I am still building the foundation of my own life and is currently working as an engineer at one of the companies in Penang. I love traveling, exploring, and taking photographs of nature. I don’t really like crowded places so I prefer being in solitude and spend my time appreciating and capturing the beauty of nature. I’ve tried several things in my life including: skydiving in Oakland, rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, snorkeling, and I also own a diving license but I have never gotten the chance to go diving yet as I have no buddy to go with.
This blog will be a boring one and I expect little to no reader at all so I’ll post whatever that comes to mind. It will be like a book telling the story of my life that I find worth telling, and I will be posting tons of pictures of the trips I made and anything I find interesting, all if I feel like it.
My interests are: technology, electronics, travel, photography, music and food. But that doesn’t make me an expert or anything. I’m just a novice in everything.

I recently made an Instagram account just the post the photos I took. It has been a while though as I found nothing interesting this past few months worth sharing.
